PROJECT PROFILE: A Lofty Idea
Last fall we completed W8th. A gorgeous space filled with light and lofty ideas (yep, I did that). We came on board after the homeowner had begun the reno months before and become overwhelmed with the process. The goal was to reno and sell, having been her home and sanctuary for many years. There was a lot of history and emotion but it was time to move on and Vancouver’s real estate market was the perfect opportunity to capatilize on. The red hot market was heading into Fall so the clock was ticking to get this space on the market.
Plans were made, proposals approved and projects underway. There were hiccups, a lot, as every tight time-lined project has. But in the end, once the dust had settled, there stood something to be proud of by all parties involved.
