So you’ve decide you like what you see. Well let’s get started! We kick things off with a 1-1/2 hr Design Consultation. It’s here we get to know you, your space and your dreams. We’ll look thru all those photos you’ve collected of spaces you’ve dreamed of having. We’ll visit the site and discuss what’s working and what’s not. From there we’ll take lots of notes, photos and key measurements. We’ll take all we’ve gather and return to our office where we’ll compile an email outlining how we work and our objectives for your project.
Once we’ve met and you’ve decided you love us, we’ll return for detailed measurements of your space. At this time we may bring a few handy friends by to look and quote of some of the work we discussed. Once we’ve decided on your projects direction, your likes, dislikes and must haves, we’ll gather up all those inspiration photos and get to work designing. This is a labour intensive phase and keeps us busy, busy. We create floor plans, furniture layout, space plans all to help us (and our crews) navigate your project. Don’t worry, we won’t keep you in the dark though, because every week we’ll update you. Once we’re done we pay you a visit again for our design presentation to show you all our ideas and items we think you’ll love! We’ll also talk numbers at this stage, yep money because by this point we’ll have a pretty good idea of what things’ll cost.
Once we’ve shown you our ideas you may have some changes you’d like to make, this is the time to do it. We’ll go back and forth to find what’s right for you, your budget and the space. Want a different light fixture, no problem we’re on it. Yep you guessed it, you’ll be in the loop for this too :) Once all it said and done we’ll send you final proposals and get the ball rolling.
We’ve sent you the final proposal and you loved it! We’ll now convert it into an invoice, send it off to you for payment. then we’ll get to work ordering and lining everyone up. Once everything’s ordered we’ll start on scheduling your transformation. It takes a lot of hands to make spaces beautiful so we’ll line up vendors, deliveries and trades all to make that reveal day magic. After the construction has settled we’ll line up a time to get started on styling to create the home of your dreams that’ll make your friends envious.
